You’re a small company, do you have all the necessary insurance?
We have partnered with Turo, a long established boutique car rental platform, who provide us with their platform and insurance through Liberty Mutual.
Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, trip changes are handled through our partner app automatically.
Are you cars well maintained?
We partner with the Goodyear network to ensure all our cars are safe, and are given a thorough safety check annually.
Do you have any restrictions?
Besides no smoking and no track-day use, we want you to have fun! Please bring the car back as you picked it up, but other than that we are hands off.
What is the process for managing guest communication?
We aim to respond within 10 minutes to any question, and use a mobile messaging platform to ensure we can reply any time 9am-9pm, 7 days a week.
Can I extend my trip if I’m having fun?
As long as another guest does not have a booking, we will always do our best to accommodate this!
